About the Event

We are back! After the success of our first gig, we've decided to carry on showcasing and supporting our local talents. Join us for another celebration of 3 incredible musicians. Expect fairy lights, mesmerising voices, intimate atmosphere, and, as always, amazing company!

ZackieL is a soul singer-songwriter, guitarist, percussionist, handpan-player and spoken-word poet; as well as having skill and experience as a theatrical performer and event organiser. The music is free, original, highly emotive. It is globally-influenced from global study, travels, and collaborations. It crosses many genres, progressive songs layer multiple cultures and styles. New-Soul, blues, roots, traditional folks in world-wide rhythms and scales, funk and jazz and more.

Lisa Nora is a Dutch singer/songwriter currently based in Brighton (UK), influenced by contemporary folk music with slight pop overtones. Since moving to Brighton in September 2018 to pursue her career in the UK, Lisa Nora has performed at The Great Escape Festival as well as Victorious Festival, along with the likes of Lewis Capaldi and James Bay. On October 18th 2019 she released her latest single, called 'Two Black Feathers'. BBC Introducing has picked up on Lisa Nora's songs, with 'Run Away' and 'Pockets of Gold' having both been track of the day on BBC Sussex & BBC Surrey.

Berne is a London-based duo merging the ethereal vocals of Deborah Borg Brincat and the dreamy soundscapes of Gianluca Pulvirenti into emotive reverb-laden alt-pop songs. Combining wistful lyrics concerning inconsistencies in society and the environment with dark melodies and haunting sound layers, Berne create intriguing sonic atmospheres. Berne released their first single 'Oceans' in September 2019. The music video features British Sign Language Performer Tyron Woolfe. Berne is supporting HelpRefugeesUK via their Banders campaign. 'Oceans' and its remix by Swedish DJ Joanna Åström, have been playlisted on radio stations in Malta.
